Provides insureds with one broad, cost-effective insurance policy that helps eliminate the added costs and potential for errors and coverage gaps that may result from having multiple policies, such as a Commercial General Liability and pollution legal liability policies.

Pollution Legal Liability structured to include Sudden & Accidental (Bodily Injury and Property Damage) pollution coverage, while providing as much or as little additional pollution coverage as desired, including on-site, third-party bodily injury and property damage and off-site, third-party bodily injury, property damage and cleanup costs arising from pollution conditions on, or emanating from, and
Products Recall Expense Coverage to offer substantial financial benefits to a manufacturer when a product is recalled for pollution liability issues.
